It is your responsibility, as the buyer, to make sure your address is correct and if a mistake has been made, to notify us ASAP via the Contact Us page so we can change it on the shipping label, if possible. If it has already shipped and is returned to us, we can invoice you for shipping and resend it once your address has been corrected.

Commercial soap sold in stores is often made with chemical detergents, hardeners and synthetic lathering agents. Some of these ingredients can be drying or irritating on the skin. On the other hand, handmade soaps are made with oils, butters and natural botanicals and do not contain these harsh ingredients and qualifies as ‘soap.’ Handmade soap also contains glycerin. Glycerin is a humectant that attracts moisture from the air to the skin. It’s produced naturally during the soapmaking process. It’s one of the things that make handmade soap so amazing! Some commercial soaps remove the glycerin from the bars and sell it to make lotions and creams. Without glycerin, commercially prepared soap isn’t nearly as skin loving, and can leave the skin feeling dry.

Yes. We do not do animal testing. Our products are dermatologically tested on human volunteers who sign up to try items out before they hit shelves!

Because these are natural personal care products, we don't accept returns. It is our duty to ensure that the products were kept under desired conditions before you purchased them from us. By accepting returns, we can no longer ensure that the product has been stored properly and is as safe & fresh as it was when it left our workshop. That being said, we want you to be happy with your items! If you have any issues with a product you've purchased, get in touch with us & we will make things right for you!

The prices listed under each variety is per bar. We often show multiple bars of each variety to highlight the slight variations associated with the handmade, artisan nature of our products.

All our products are made fresh ' fresh product fresh ingredients'. We recommend you use our products within 6 months for the best results, as the color and fragrances may begin to fade after that amount of time. However, our soaps will still get you clean after the fragrance and colors are long gone!
